It is a new year and diet plan resolutions are on my mind. I honestly think that they should be in yours too for the obvious reasons which are to maintain your health and wellness.

I know that many people associate diets with quick weight loss and anorexic models on the runway. It does not have to be that way. A diet plan should be a sort of schedule of what to eat on a daily basis and not a lose weight fast scheme that will do you more harm than good.

This year,you should resolve to have a diet plan if you do not have one. It does not have to be boring though. You can schedule a diet plan that lets you eat whatever you want, but in small portions. For example you can have french fries in the morning in small portions, but accompanied with a fruit like an apple or a banana.

It is better off to eat junk foods in the morning, rather than in the evening because when you eat it in the morning,your body will be sure to burn off most of the fats you ate as you go through the day engaged in various activities.

At lunch time, your diet plan may have something like chicken served with vegetables and another fruit like grapes or a pear. At 4p.m, you can then have a cup of tea or coffea with a doughnut or a piece of cake, then finish off the day with a very light meal so as to sleep well. A light meal such as rice and minced meat and some vegetables on the side like carrots.

This will ensure that your digestive system has an easy time at night and in turn will ensure you get a good nights rest. Of course you have to drink at least 5 glasses of water a day to keep your body working well and your skin looking glamorous.
