It is recommended that this diet is not made for 30 days. You cook the rice quantity needed for a day. The average is about 300g of uncooked rice. The rice must not cook as white rice, but must be put, when washed and drained, a thick base pan stoppered. You should use cold water (2 or 3 times more than rice).
