Precautions to eat canned tuna
There is no doubt that canned tuna is one of the most practical food lunchtime and this is because, generally, is made directly from the can, because you do not need to ingest or any cooking because even when you add some ingredients or supplements, everything is fairly easy to serve.

A study conducted in the United States, has just revealed that it took three hundred samples of canned tuna the best known brands and consumed in this country, with results quitealarming for everyone.
And is that more than half of the samples confirmed mercury levels well above those permitted by the high standards of care and protection of that country, which is a wakeup call for all health authorities in each country in the world .
According to the head of the investigation, pregnant women and infants are the most affected with this element, which can lead to irreparable consequences for health.
Mercury received by the body in high doses can lead to permanent damage of central nervous system, causing loss of vision and auditory sense, reason that the health community of all countries must take action on the matter to order not to jeopardize the health of millions of people around the world.
The content in canned tuna was for the species studied blue and white, standing in the tuna that was blank where they found the highest concentrations of mercury.
