Ingredients: » 1 cup plain yogurt » 2 tablespoons granola » 1 apple » 2 grated carrots » 1 tablespoon honey Preparation 1 .- Wash and disinfect the apple and carrots. 2 .- Then peel and grate carrots. 3 .- Place in a bowl and add the yogurt. 4 .- Finally add the granola and honey. 5 .- Mix well and enjoy a healthy breakfast.
